To Reserve a Home and we prepare for delivery Send us the following information 

Pictures of the area where the home will be placed if available.If not make sure the area has a good entrance passable by a truck

Part of the Down payment(reservation fee):$3,500 ,This will cover all paperwork,travel insurance.The rest of the payment should be payed after we have delivered and installed the home and you are satisfied with everything.( if your not a cash buyer, we can then schedule your monthly payment after the home has being delivered and set up)
